Job description
Woodhall Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Pharmacy Technician for a PCN client based in South East London on a permanent basis. Our client are opening a new pharmacy hub based in Bromley and would be looking for the successful applicant to lead and develop this service.
The client are looking for a candidate to man the pharmacy hub covering 5 GP surgeries developing medicine optimisation across all 5 practices.
Medicine optimisation experience is required and primary care experience is desirable.
Job Roles will include:
- Carry out medicines optimisation tasks
- Support medication reviews and medicines reconciliation
- Support the implementation of national prescribing policies and guidance
- Undertake clinical audits, support quality improvement measures
- Assist in the delivery of medicines optimisation incentive schemes and patient safety audits
- Provide leadership for medicines management systems across PCNs
Working hours: Mon – Fri 8:30 am – 4:30 pm or 9am – 5pm.
The salary range for this position is £27 - £31,500 per annum.
