We are looking for a dynamic and highly energetic Sales Manager to join our team at Joseph Studios, a leading marketing agency.
This is a remote, part-time position with great flexibility, ideal for anyone looking to make substantial side income while still maintaining work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
- Handling discovery calls with potential clients and conducting follow-ups
- Effectively communicating our marketing and digital marketing services to potential clients
- Closing deals and meeting sales targets
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills and professionalism, especially when engaging with business owners
- Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles, such as in real estate or bartending, will be advantageous
- Strong on-camera presence, with a high-quality camera setup and professional background for video calls
- Must possess a vibrant, outgoing, and engaging personality
- While marketing experience isn't a prerequisite, an understanding of marketing services and an ability to convincingly sell them will be crucial in this role.
Compensation & Benefits:
- The role offers an hourly rate in the range of $20-$30,
- A commission structure that could amount to a couple of thousand dollars a month or approximately 25% of the value of monthly marketing subscription services that are sold.
