Would you like to be part of a dynamic, fun and fashion-focussed business? Sassy & Boo is expanding and we’re looking to appoint an experienced sales manager for our busy Malmesbury store.
Sassy & Boo currently has eight independent boutiques across the South West. Our stores stock a range of brands, including Yas, Dream, One Season, Place du Soleil, Saint Tropez, Anna Montana, Cream, One Hundred Stars and Robell, amongst others, along with our own brand, Luella, which is designed at our HQ in the Cotswolds.
Our regular opening hours are 9.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Saturday, Candidates for this role will be required to work 3 days per week, including at least one Saturday a month on a rota basis.
Person Specification:
Ideal candidates must -
- Have fashion retail and merchandising experience, with a proven track record in sales
- Be a team player, with the ability to work on your own initiative
- Have excellent customer service skills with the ability to build a rapport with customers, suppliers, and other local businesses
- Have the ability and confidence to work under pressure during busy periods whilst continuing to deliver first class customer service
- Have excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail, and the ability to see a job through to completion
Role Specification:
Working under the direction of the acting store manager the candidate will be required to -
- Conduct, promote and maximise sales whilst building positive customer relationships
- Ensure the store is merchandised to the highest standard in line with Sassy & Boo stores across the business
- Lead initiatives to promote sales including during key events in the town
- Ensure stock is re-ordered and/or replenished in a timely manner
- Liaise with suppliers to reconcile orders and deal with any product returns
- Collate and analyse sales data and work with the acting store manager to review brand sales and collaborate on buying decisions
