As an amazing Bartender, it is your role to make sure our guests receive the highest standards of service possible and have the best time! We are not just an activity, we are an experience, so we want our guests to be super comfortable and happy throughout their visit.
Have you got what it takes?
We are looking for individuals with exuberant personalities that can help us to deliver outstanding experiences for our customers, with a passion to provide THE BEST experiences for our guests. Full training on brand values, products and service standards will be provided to any individual successful in this process.
Essential
- Customer service experience
- Effective communicator
- Effective time management and organisation skills
- Cash handling and card payment experience
- Basic knowledge of popular bar products
Desired
- Previous cocktail making experience
- Advanced knowledge of bar products
- Previous bartender experience
Showcasing your fantastic customer service skills will be the top priority and your role will include:
- Tending to the bar and serving drinks, making sure everyone is happy!
- Bartenders are expected to be very technically skilled and have exact product knowledge of what they are selling so we expect you to have a keen interest in this.
- Serve high quality products quickly and efficiently to a consistent, high quality standard to make sure guests in Golf Fang and Birdies Bar have a fantastic experience.
