Are you ready to kickstart your career in the hospitality industry? We are thrilled to offer a dynamic and exciting opportunity for recent graduates to join our Graduate Management programme at a 5-star luxury hotel and resort.
This two year rotational programme, starting in September 2023, is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the various functions and departments within our hotel and resort, including rooms division, food and beverage, marketing, sales, and finance. You will have the chance to work alongside industry experts and be exposed to a range of different roles, giving you a well-rounded perspective on what it takes to run a world-class hotel and resort.
We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive, and driven graduates who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and eager to learn and develop their skills. You will be given the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, where you will be encouraged to think creatively and problem-solve on a daily basis.
In addition to gaining invaluable experience, you will also receive comprehensive training and mentorship throughout the programme to ensure your continued growth and development. At the end of the programme, you will be well-equipped to take on a junior management role within our hotel and resort or in the wider hospitality industry. You will have gained hands-on experience, developed a deep understanding of the industry, and built a strong network of contacts.

Essential:
Bachelor’s Degree
Strong communication, Leadership and problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels
Passion for the hospitality industry and willingness to learn and develop new skills
Flexibility to work in different departments and shifts
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Previous hospitality experience.
