About us
Coffee Dock (LN) Ltd is a small cafe by Blackwall DLR Station London, E14 0RG.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits. The successful candidate will be able to provide excellent customer service while preparing drinks quickly and accurately. This position requires a creative individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to think on their feet.
Currently this positon is only Thursday - Sunday , but there is a possibility of more hours in the near future. We also serve coffee and food so the sucessful candidate will also receive training in all areas.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and simple food for customers.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure that all drinks are prepared according to the customer's specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer.
- Ensure that all bar equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
- Personal license holders encouraged to apply.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- London, E14 0RG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (required)

- Personal Licence (preferred)
