Cocoa Mountain has been firmly on the map since 2006 as a MUST visit location. Situated near Durness, a remote and beautiful location in the northwest of Scotland on the well-known North Coast 500 route. We are currently looking to expand our team of summer staff with contracts available from 3 to 8 months, with staff accommodation available just minutes’ walk away. When not at work there’s plenty to do in such a remote location! With several freshwater lochs, sandy beaches and many attractions nearby. You may even get the chance to see the famous northern lights, with Durness being in an ideal spot to see some of the best northern light shows in the country.
We are looking for people with a passion to serve and provide amazing customer service, a real people person. Interacting with our customers and giving them the run down of the local area and the history is our favourite thing to do! Being a team player is a MUST! We work as a team in every aspect of the job. Previous experience in this field would be ideal but not required as full training is provided.
Responsibilities will include:
· Exceeding customer expectations for quality and experience
· working under pressure to create barista style coffee and drinks (training can be given)
· Taking orders using an EPOS system
· Processing payments
· Making sure the café is always kept meticulously clean
· Replenishing stock
· Following cleaning schedules
Job Type: Temporary contract
Contract length: 3-8 months
Salary: Up to £12.50 per hour
