The role
We are currently recruiting for a Data Analyst (Graduate) to join our friendly team at Wavin Limited, Chippenham. Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, the Data Analyst will support current business operations with a focus on improving factory performance and customer experience, by providing excellence in data collation and interpretation, thus driving improvement and project direction.
Wavin strives to achieve the highest levels of customer service and a key element of this is the ability to deliver the right products at the right time safely.
Key interfaces / team working with other functions is essential, particularly with production personnel, project team and finance.
Responsibilities
Reporting trends and performance in order for the business to track and progress, manage issues as they arise.
Present data and reporting in clear concise way for understanding.
Data collection and analysis to support project work within the business.
Scope to deliver adhoc reporting and management requests for data.
Assist in the design and development of new reporting solutions to meet business requirements.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
Profile
Excellent IT skills.
Strong data driven skills in a pressurised environment.
Proactive approach - ability to prioritise/manage own workload.
Project management skills.
Flexibility in role.
