Job description
Farro is looking for well seasoned hospitality professionals, with great energy, who enjoy people and making them feel looked after. Pouring exceptional coffee under pressure is integral to the role as is ensuring a great customer experience, in line with our existing high standards and attention to detail.
There is a part time role available. Candidates should have at least two years experience in a busy, speciality coffee setting (ideally independent coffee shops, big chain experience won't be relevant unfortunately).
We work a 4 day week, but are open 6 days a week (Tuesday-Sunday) so you would need to be available across those days.
The role responsibilities
- Pouring coffee to a consistently high standard
- Running the POS system (square) taking orders and packaging them.
- Communicating products, how they're made, the processes involved and how they taste to customers
- upholding a high level of cleanliness throughout service in all areas of the bakery, including the cleaning down of machines, working areas and public spaces
- Responsible for stock supply including the communication of re-ordering supplies
- Opening and closing duties for FOH at the bakery

Level 2 food safety and allergen course included in the onboarding process. with the potential further down the line for first aid course qualifications.
