Full time, Part time and Occasional hours available that can be spread over day and night shifts. Must be car driver due to remote location.
Hydon Hill is in a beautiful rural location outside Godalming in Surrey. Home for 40 adults with physical disabilities, it is a short drive from Guildford, with its shops, restaurants and leisure centre. We’re also a short journey from South Coast, which is great for day trips.
Basic hourly rate from - £11.26 per hour, up to £13.26 per hour with enhancements.
A night enhancement of £1.50 per hour will apply from 8pm to 7am Monday – Sunday (this does not apply to sleep-ins). A weekend day enhancement of £2.00 per hour will be paid from 7am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday.
As a Support Worker/Healthcare Assistant, your role would involve providing care and support to the residents, assisting with daily tasks such as personal care, medication administration, and mealtime support. The aim is to empower and enable the residents to live their lives independently and make their own choices.
While prior experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, or Healthcare Assistant is desirable, it is not essential as the organisation offers comprehensive training and an induction program to ensure you are fully equipped for the role.
