Leadhook Media is a rapidly growing e-commerce agency that helps brands grow their customer reach, and build retention and sales through the power of email.
By helping brands diversify their marketing channels, they leverage us to build an email program that delivers ongoing monthly growth month-in, month-out.
This CM position will be looking after clients across United States and Australia.
Your role is to manage client relationships and lead them to success - both on a client
satisfaction, and in terms of results.
You will be liaising and coordinating with a full support team including:
- Copywriters
- Designers
- Strategists
- While specialist expertise in each area is not essential, ideally you'll have a general understanding of what makes an •Commerce brand/campaign successful (ideally you’ve built and run successful email programs (campaigns + flows) before
- Email eCommerce campaigns and flows so you can quickly adapt to learning and understanding our process
This role would suit people with junior marketing assistant, account executive or media agency
experience
In addition to strategizing for clients, you will also be communicating with these clients to
ensure all needs are understood on a deep level.
We will provide full training on our process, SOPs & and best practices... (we've regularly heard
feedback that we are the MOST advanced strategic agency our clients have worked with - so expect to learn EVERYTHING to become a digital marketing guru.. FAST).

But we also expect you to bring the motivation and desire to go above and beyond to provide
massive value for our clients!
Attention to detail is the key to success here.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicating with, and understanding the needs of clients; answering any questions and updating clients
- Helping to formulate client success strategies and roadmaps to lead their eCommerce
- campaigns to success.
- Ensuring the team is adhering to deadlines.
- Including campaign messaging, creative angles, creative approaches, and media distribution of this content with the assistance of a media buyer, creative strategist and project manager.
- Liasing with your execution team of media buyers and creatives, to bring your strategies and ideas into fruition for clients.
- Ensuring client KPis are met to a high standard
- Understanding key accounts metrics and explaining everything to clients through weekly video reports and bi-weekly meetings.
- QA'ing client work before it’s scheduled; grammar, ensuring the emails render properly
- Helping share your thoughts and experience to help us grow further
SKILLS:
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Proactive, outgoing, and can-do attitude
- Ideally two years* Commerce/digital marketing experience
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- A desire to learn of all facets of an eCommerce campaign, including landing pages, creative, advertising, and optimization,
- Basic understanding of Email Marketing and be able to explain strategy back to clients as well as answer questions about campaign activity

Part-time hours to begin with: 10-20 per week to begin with but with the expectation to move onto full time within the next 3 months or sooner if you fulfill the role well.
