Job description
This is a wonderful opportunity for a very succesful cafe manageress with exceptional front of house personality and with barista extraordinaire talent to enter into an equal profit sharing agreement with the current owner ( which will be extended to 60/40 as the cafe's popularity is 're' established .) and to relocate from London to north east of scotland , where one of our luxury single guest rooms will be made available.This is a small hotel in the very centre of elgin,which had a hugely succesful , public restaurant with a kerbside patio , until about 10 years ago , when the previous owner retired..This will now be re opened as the ''THE CHOCAHOLICS UNANIMOUS '' cafe , focussing on great coffee and fabulous selection of chocolate cakes , though the manager/ess will be free to express creativity and expand choices..A full traditional CV is a must .
