As a Barista at our establishment, you will be responsible for making and serving fresh coffee and tea drinks to customers. You will be a part of an enthusiastic, hard-working team that believes in the importance of the customer experience and does everything it can to meet and exceed expectations by providing great service and quality beverages. As a team player, you must be able to communicate well with colleagues as well as customers, have strong attention to detail, be able to multi-task, work independently and do whatever it takes to make the customer experience exceptional.
Responsibilities:
- Take and record customer orders accurately.
- Effectively communicate with customers.
- Be efficient and quick, while providing great service to customers.
- Follow all sanitary rules and regulations.
- Keep the bar area organized and tidy.
- Respond to customer questions and complaints quickly and accurately.
- Communicate effectively with fellow employees.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.00 per hour
