As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment at Coire Glas Exploratory Works.

Your primary responsibilities will include access and egress control, logging in visitors and contractors, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding to incidents as necessary.

• No prior security licence is required as full training will be provided.

• Maintain a visible presence and conduct regular patrols of the site premises.
• Control access points, ensuring authorized personnel and vehicles enter and exit in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Verify the identity of visitors and contractors, issuing appropriate identification badges and ensuring compliance with site regulations.
• Log all incoming and outgoing individuals, vehicles, and deliveries accurately and promptly.
• Monitor CCTV systems and promptly respond to any suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Handle any incidents, emergencies, or security-related issues professionally and effectively, following established protocols.
• Collaborate with team members, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain a safe and secure working environment.
