Sam's Kitchen is the perfect little local corner cafe. Somewhere you can pop in with friends and family or just hide away in a little nook with a good book, a fresh cup of coffee and some terrific food.
With a variety of hot drinks, freshly squeezed juices, breakfast, brunch and lunch. Taking inspiration from Sam's time working in Australia, we are serving breakfast dishes carefully developed by our head chef at Sam's Riverside. Think crab crumpets, bacon & egg muffin, as well as Sam's Granola with coconut yoghurt, seasonal fruit, fresh pastries and so much more.
Let's not forget the the good old classic British breakfast dishes. The team has been working to create the best fry up in London, with the greatest locally sourced ingredients.
Most importantly, Sam's Kitchen has lots of Sam's Riverside hospitality and warmth. As well as a cafe during the day, we will be soon be opening on Friday & Saturday evenings for dinners.
We are seeking passionate and energetic FULL TIME Baristas & Waiters who will work together to provide exceptional customer service and amazing quality coffees & hot beverages. This is a day time only job, from 7:30am to 4:30pm, between 40/45 hours over 5 days per week.
Daily tasks will include:
- Making and serving specialty coffee and tea beverages for eat in and take away, showcasing your amazing latte art skills.
- Serving customers at the counter.
- Taking orders for food and drinks & serving customers at the table.
- Assisting the Floor Manager with daily tasks.
- Most importantly, having FUN!
You will need to demonstrate to be a people person with lots of passion & enthusiasm. We are an independent business and our ethos is all about people. You will be joining our family, where you'll be able to express your creativity, ideas and develop yourself into whatever your are most passionate about! You'll be working alongside the owners and learn directly from them and the management team of Sam's Riverside, with lots of opportunity to progress.

Recommended Skills
- At least 2+ year in the coffee service industry + Latte Art Skills
- 2+ years in the customer service industry
