Channel Marketing Manager – PRYZM, Birmingham
PRYZM in Birmingham was launched on Broad Street in 2016 and is Birmingham’s biggest nightclub enjoying years of exceptional trading. The multi-room club caters for all musical tastes with pre-bookable booths and exceptional service. The main room PRYZM features the very latest sound and light technology, Curve is a more intimate room playing the latest RnB tracks, and a disco room called Vinyl plays all the retro tunes where customers can dance the night away on its illuminated dance floor. There is also a private party room available to book! PRYZM provided a new dimension of clubbing to the vibrant Birmingham nightlife scene and quickly became the destination venue of the city. The venue is famous for delivering exception club nights with a host of huge artists having appeared for both weekend public and mid-week student sessions.
The right candidate will be self-motivated, a good communicator, well presented, well presented, professional, with excellent operational standards and attention to detail, and should lead by example.
What can you do for us?
This is a full-time position, and the ideal candidate should have experience in the promotions and marketing of multiple venues and can demonstrate strong social media skills, an outgoing personality and dynamic leadership style in driving the team. The working week is fluid and includes both day and evening hours. Salary dependant on experience and training!

- An annual salary of £25k - £30k per annum, depending on experience;

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- FIXR management and rep activation;
- Driving the promotions team to increase the footfall for each trading session;
- Communicate to the promotions team about promotional offers applicable to each trading session;
- Liaise with management about opposition content and footfall and any other relevant information;
- Ensure that you are well informed of the content for each trading session such as entry and drinks pricing, content, DJs and music policy;
- Upselling of booths;
- Overseeing the general growth of admissions through promotional activities; and
- Providing the management team with ideas for future promotions and marketing ideas, and much much more!
- Delivering social media content to support the calendar of events.
All applicants must be well presented, professional, a good communicator with excellent overall operational standards. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
This is a full time and permanent role that will see you working shift patterns that include evenings and weekends, so you must be flexible in terms of the hours required of you. This is by no means a 9 to 5 role and all applicants should take this into consideration. Our team love what they do! We have a passion for providing an experience second to none.
