Job description
We’re looking for skilled Baristas to join our growing team and help serve specialty coffee with a purpose in our buzzing Islington High Street coffee shop. We are looking for people who have a great flair for customer service and who take pride in the environment that they work in.
Being a Redemption barista goes beyond simply creating stunning Latte Art. It is about providing an amazing experience for our customers from the moment they come into our shops, from giving a warm welcome, to demonstrating excellent product knowledge of our coffees and keeping a clean and welcoming environment.
As a Redemption barista, you’ll receive:
