Welcome to iluka espresso. We are in search of a few amazing people to join our team. Situated on the Gorge waterfront in Victoria this will be a truely unique place to work. Our menu offers colourful and delicious beverages as well as sandwiches, bowls, smoothies and baked goods. Everything is prepared to order in house. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and beautifully presented food + beverages. We want you to love what you do. We are looking for someone who loves people, food, coffee. Someone who is eager to work effectively as a part of a team, is able to multitask and take initiative with every task they complete. A hard working person who is passionate about customer service and loves being a part of a team. Maintaining a positive attitude towards your co-workers and your team is imperative.
This is a fast paced environment where we get to work together to serve our lovey customers. Duties will include barista duties, food prep, cleaning, serving, making hot and cold beverages. We always do our best to go above and beyond for our customers.
The ideal candidate would have their food safe certificate, strong background in customer service as well as the coffee industry. Starting wage is $16.5 with tips (totalling $22-26ph). Weekend availability is essential.
