Barista at Farm Girl South Kensington
Farm Girl is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista member to join their team. We are looking for someone who has a keen interest in coffee, nutrition and food. We are a leading cafe within the wellness industry and we pride ourselves on the quality of our food, drinks and customer service.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Approach - Maintain an enthusiastic, engaged, and passionate approach to specialty coffee, food and great service, with the ability to cope under pressure.
- Quality – Ensure that the customer receives excellent customer service every single visit, follow customer service standards. Exceptional drink presentation with exciting and dynamic latte art.
- Cleanliness - Ensure the café and its attached areas maintains the highest levels of cleanliness, organisation and hygiene at all times.
- Service – Being able to manage a section, work alongside a team.
- Training – Attend all relevant trainings and stay up to date.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with high volume.
- Positive attitude and hands-on approach.
- Artisan/Speciality Barista experience, including manually steaming of milks.
- Latte art (Can be basic, but willing to learn).
- Excellent customer service.
- Confidence and self-motivation.
