In order to strengthen our team, we have an internship opportunity to join the Ferrari UK (FNWE Ferrari North West Europe) team in our dedicated offices in London-Slough. Your opportunity to learn and grow professionally, whilst working with a leading, professional and engaging employer.
In this role, you will support our Marketing and Commercial team Sales in managing the key performance of the UK dealer network in line with the objectives set by Ferrari headquarters. Specifically, you will manage enquires from the UK Dealer Network and ensure campaigns and action plan to develop the network are actioned and followed up, ensuring likewise dealers are compliant with Ferrari operating standards at all times.
You will furthermore gain data for your analysis of relevant Sales and Marketing KPIs based on the dealer scorecard, and prepare and present on a regular basis management review and support in the creation of ad-hoc reports to review network performance on both sales and aftersales, with key focus on Customer Centric Project optimal usage. In this role you can identify and evaluate business opportunities and evaluating best practice initiatives within the UK, and support the creation and rollout of marketing campaigns and initiatives and support marketing in driving regional and dealer based activities and events.
Desired Skills and Experience
In order to succeed in this both engaging and challenging internship assignment, we are looking for a graduate profile with a Master’s degree in Marketing, CRM, Economics or business specializations and dedicated interest in the luxury sector and (performance) automotive.
You will have ideally gained initial relevant experience through internships or thesis projects, ideally with multinational companies, with premium dealerships or as part of your university course assignments.
In Ferrari we can expect you to be capable of thinking analytical, client-oriented and highly structured, with excellent relationships and communicative skills. You will be able to multi-task in a dynamic environment, and bring a strong work ethic and integrity. Your contribution will require strong ability in data mapping an analysis, as well as your strong sensitivity to detail.
Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must-have, as well as experience gained in the UK. The role is based in Slough, London (UK).
