We’re excited to bring together a team who are passionate about bringing Brown Bear Coffee to life!

Our goal is to provide a space for high quality coffee, mouth-watering food and being treated like a good friend. Brown Bear provides an American-inspired, welcoming environment for people to relax, socialise and enjoy good company. We intend to do this with fresh, delicious food, laid-back music, and a range of fun, sociable events for the community to enjoy.

The Brown Bear team should be made up of individuals who are looking forward to build an exciting new experience in Irby.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year coffee-making experience.
  • Latte art experience is preferable, but not necessary. We will offer additional on-site Barista training to complement your previous experience.
  • Experience of customer service in a hospitality setting.
  • Weekend availability
