We have 180 sleeping spaces, working destinations, 2 restaurants, a selection of bars, wellness centre, pottery, craft destinations and lido, along with our 200 acres of rewilded land, where cows, pigs and deer roam free, and our horticulture team grow fruit, vegetables and herbs that will be foraged to use across the site. What really makes Birch special is our people, aligned to lovingly take care of the land and hotel that we are the ambassadors, and custodians of.

As Barista, you will instinctively know how to delight our guests through your knowledge of coffee and show this through your presentation and understanding of one of the nations favourite drinks.

Who are you?

  • A values driven individual who speaks their mind, is brave enough to be different, and believes in caring in all that you do.
  • Warm and welcoming demeanour, you greet guests and are helpful wherever you are in the hotel.
  • Innovative and looks for new ways to delight our guests.
  • Ability to create works of coffee art. We want our coffee to look and taste great.
  • Experienced Barista, with a passion and knowledge of our mugs of joe
  • Communicates with guests to pair them with the ideal beverage.
  • Understands the importance of cleanliness and accurate recording.
  • Experience for this role is not necessary as full training will be given
