Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Barista to join our passionate and driven Catering team based at our client’s site in Welwyn Hatfield.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing drinks to a specified standard- in line with the brand standards of the unit.
• Serving Customers politely and efficiently focusing on food/ drink presentation and service with a smile.
• Cash Handling, till work and taking orders.
• General cleaning in the restaurant areas.

About You:

• Background of working within a coffee shop or within a high-end business and industry catering unit or retail environment.
• Good sound knowledge of Health and Safety and Food Safety processes- ideally you will hold your basic food hygiene certificate.
• We require a high level of customer service skills, as you will be the face of the business, remembering service with a smile and always going that extra mile.
