Earnings: Circa £65,000 - £120,000 per year (£1,250 - £2,250 per week, paid weekly).

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to become self employed and run your own business without the stresses of finding a steady flow of work, having to chase invoices/payments etc. Instead, you will be partnering as a franchisee with an extremely successful business while still being able to earn over £70,000+ per year (£1,250 - £2,250 per week, paid weekly). You will be able to focus on running your business and increasing your earnings while receiving a constant flow of work, having your accounts handled and being paid every Friday no matter what.
This role will include working across Central and Greater London, providing top-notch installations, servicing, and maintenance solutions to a range of domestic electrical systems.
Breakdown of earnings:
- Rates in business hours: £50 per hour
- Overtime rates (Evenings): £ 75 per hour
Example of weekly earnings:
- 25 hours per week on-site (no overtime): £1,250 (Equivalent to £65,000 per annum).
- 30 hours per week on-site(no overtime): £1,500 (Equivalent to £78,000 per annum).
- 35 hours per week on-site (no overtime): £1,750 ((Equivalent to 91,000 per annum).
- 40 hours per week on-site (no overtime): £2,000 (Equivalent to £104,000 per annum).
- 30 hours per week on-site + 6 hours overtime: £1,950 (Equivalent to £101,400 per annum).
- 30 hours per week on-site + 16 hours overtime: £2,700 (Equivalent to £140,400 per annum).
On-going costs of Franchise: £0 upfront payments.
- Company Van rental: £140 per week.
- Public Liability Insurance
- Own costs ie: fuel, parking etc.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out domestic electrical installations, servicing, and maintenance across various locations in London.
- Installations: Safely and efficiently install, upgrade, and replace electrical systems in residential properties, including wiring, outlets, switches, circuit breakers, lighting fixtures, and appliances
- Maintenance & Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical issues in residential buildings, ensuring compliance with safety codes and regulations. Identify and rectify faults in wiring, circuits, and electrical equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all relevant safety standards, codes, and regulations while performing electrical work. Maintain a strong focus on safety practices to prevent accidents and ensure the well-being of residents and colleagues.
- Inspections: Conduct thorough electrical inspections in homes to identify potential hazards, inefficiencies, or areas in need of improvement. Provide recommendations to homeowners for system upgrades or repairs
- Collaborate with the company team to ensure timely completion of projects and excellent customer service.
- Accurately record work details, including parts used and time spent, to maintain proper documentation.
Requirements:
- City and Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- City and Guilds 18th Edition.
- NICEIC Registered.
- Proven experience in conducting Electrical installations and servicing in domestic settings.
- Solid knowledge of current regulations and safety standards related to domestic electrical work.
- Experience working with high end systems, ie: Lutron.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and rectify faults efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within London.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- You must have a Limited Company to become a partner, if you do not have one then we will assist you in this process.
