Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for 3x individuals to join a brand new Cat Cafe in the heart of Halstead High Street. We are looking for people who are highly motivated, friendly and flexible.. and of course, must have a love of cats!
Full & part time positions available. Shift patterns can be flexible for successful applicants, and rotas will be filled and completed four weeks in advance so you always know where you stand. You will be working within a small team of 4 so it’s vital that you are a team player.
Please note that we cannot offer any parking as the cafe is directly on the high street. All successful applicants will either need to be within walking distance or be happy to make use of the pay and display car parks within halstead.
Role will include
- Making and serving coffees and cakes for customers
- Cafe open and close
- Cleaning
- Cleaning up after the cats (yes.. that means flushing their poops!)
- Feeding cats
- Watching out for cat welfare at ALL times
- Using our booking system and till system
- Answering phones if needed
Ideal applicant will have past barista experience however this is not essential and we are open to reviewing all applications!
