Lew's Coffee Shop @ Castell Coch is a Coffee Shop situated inside the historic surroundings of Castell Coch, we pride ourselves on not only providing quality food and drink but also being a part of this very special site.
We are looking for a Barista/All Rounder to join our team, we can offer a minimum two 8hr shifts a week (Mon-Fri) with the potential for overtime. We are ideally looking for someone who has some experience with a coffee machine and with busy workplaces. You must be able to work independently and you will be responsible for opening and closing checks.
We're a small fun team and the ideal candidate would be someone that brings a sense of fun and community to this position. We will offer full training and always be on hand to help.

- The ability to work alone and well within a team, whilst being able to knuckle down and complete a task when needed
- Confidence in communicating your product knowledge with customers
- Ability to work under pressure – it can get quite busy!
- It’s a major plus if you have any kitchen experience or are willing to learn as we are a small team x
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week
Salary: £10.50 per hour
