We are hiring for E-commence Office Assistant to join our small team close to Cullompton. We are a well-established e-commerce business . This is a varied and busy role as part of the e-commerce team. A team player, able to multitask with a positive can-do attitude. This is a Full-time position 8.30am – 5pm (Monday) 9am – 5pm (Tuesday to Friday)
The Role:
- Dealing with customer orders, enquiries and issues via phone and e-mails
- Processing customer returns and exchanges
- Ensure customer’s feedback and reviews are monitored responded in a timely manner
- Data input: upload product details and images by using Excel spreedsheet
- invoicing and labelling
- Any other duties as necessary
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Must have customer service experience
- Must be confident with Microsoft office especially Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Efficiency, accuracy, attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to adapt and multi-task
- Ability to provide a first class, friendly, and professional customer service experience using phone, email and online shopping channels
Hours of work: 38 hours per week.
Previous e-commerce selling experience would be an advantage.

Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
