We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and friendly Cafe Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for community, excellent customer service, and dedication to helping us grow.
Our Café is positioned next to a Gym (Feed.Move.Live. Gym ) therefore is focused on providing healthy nutritionally rich foods, such as macro meals, smoothies and juices, as well as offering more traditional, less health focused options such as pasties, English breakfast and cakes.
The Cafe Assistant will be responsible for providing a warm atmosphere, managing food and beverage orders, Prep, daily operations, and exceptional customer service. They must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work independently and in a team setting.

ROLE
- Working autonomously and as part of a team
- Preparing Hot + Cold Food and Drinks.
- Preparing Barista Coffee
- Taking orders
- Using cash register
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Drive Sales and exceed targets
- Ensure excellent operational standards are instilled and maintained
- Maintain excellent standards including food hygiene and clean environment
- Help conceptualise and implement menus
- Seek to continually improve the quality of our service
