The Role
The Individual
You will be CIPD Qualified (Ideally L5 or above) and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR business partnering or senior workforce role.

The team is incredibly close and speaks regularly throughout the working week, meeting for a face-to-face meeting approximately every other month. You will be working from home, connecting remotely through Microsoft Teams. The team ‘netwalks’ on a Monday, getting ready for the week together whilst walking, as well as having other touchpoints throughout the week.
They each specialise in their own areas of generalist HR, Learning & Development and Recruitment and are treated as experts in their field.
Most of the team are based around Worcestershire, however we will consider candidates anywhere in the UK, with the expectation you are able to attend regular meetings (under normal post-covid-19 circumstances).
