Immediate Start - Up to £10.42 per hour

What We’re Looking For
We are on the search for confident, dedicated, and hardworking people, loaded with personality, who understand how to deliver the highest levels of customer service to our drinkers and diners.
What Your Responsibilities May Include
- Setting up the bar ready for service and correctly closing down the bar after a shift
- Making exceptional drinks, cocktails, and coffees to company standards (training is provided)
- Creating daily garnish and cocktail prep
- Accurately pour ordered drinks to correct measurements/specifications
- Keeping the back areas including the glass wash area tidy and organized, glasswasher care.
- Collecting, washing, renovating, and polishing glassware
- Restocking all fridges and stock rotation
- Confidently challenging customers under the Challenge 25 scheme
- Always provide exceptional customer service
- Upselling
- Keg/Cask changing, Line cleaning, and gas changing
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Essential
- Strong communications skills
- Experience of working in a similar industry such as food service, catering, or hospitality
- Previous food handling experience
- Ability to adhere to all health & safety practices
- Strong customer service skills
- High levels of personal hygiene and appearance
- Experience in order taking, drinks knowledge, and EPOS systems
- Strong team player, working in a small, family style team
Desirable
- Coffee and cocktail making knowledge
- Food allergen awareness and understanding
