Job description

We are looking for 1 full-time Bar Staff to join our amazing team, preparing a wide range of beverages and serving tables with great friendliness and enthusiasm.

We serve the freshest and juiciest comfort food here at Next Level with gourmet tower burgers, hand crafted pizzas, baskets of dirty fries and lots of tasty starters alongside a wide variety of drinks and cocktails. We want our customers to not only come down and enjoy the amazing free games and arcades, but to enjoy a delicious meal with their family and friends at a fantastic price. We want to ensure all of our customers have a truly ‘Next Level’ experience from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave, so confidence and great customer service with a smile are paramount.

Bar staff members' responsibilities include maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the restaurant and beer garden, learning cocktail recipes and the food menu, making and serving drinks, and keeping well presented. You should be able to complete delegated tasks from management and ensure all drinks and food are served to the highest standards. You should also be familiar with health and safety regulations and have an understanding of COVID-19 procedures.

Experience is preferred but not required, all training will be provided. If you have previous cocktail training and/or serving experience, we’d like to meet you!

Ultimately, you’ll help prepare and deliver our complete menu that knocks the socks off of our customers and gives them that Next Level experience. Pardon the pun.

· Able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of beers, beverages and cocktails
