Job description

Junior Digital Content Writer

We’re Caraffi, and we’re on a mission. To make HR the engine room of every organisation – a driver of transformation and success.

It means doing things differently from our predecessors and our peers. Challenging the status quo. Crafting innovative solutions. Working shoulder to shoulder with people leaders to elevate them in their roles, functions and careers. It’s a bold and exciting journey we’re on together, and it gives energy and purpose to everything we do.

Our brand and experience team

The brand and experience team was set up in August 2019 with a mission to help customers make brave and bold decisions within the people experience. If Caraffi’s vision is to be the world’s best talent advisory, then our team’s vision is to be the world’s best employer brand agency.

As a team, we help our clients understand their employer reputations, and then create engaging campaigns that help transform them into destination employers. We build and activate employer brands for a wide variety of clients, from large global FMCGs to renewable energy start-ups with big ambitions.

We're now looking for a Digital Content Writer (with a specialism in talent attraction) to join us as member of the team that will be accountable for the day-to-day servicing of our client accounts within the talent attraction space.

You will be responsible for establishing and building talent engagement strategies and producing ‘always on’ content that excites, inspires, and encourages candidates to find out more and apply for roles. Whether it’s raising awareness of an employer brand, lifting the lid on company culture, educating candidates on career opportunities, telling people stories, or driving applications for specific roles you’ll be comfortable with producing content in a variety of different formats from brochures to social media and aligning it to our clients cultures, tone of voice and employee promises.

As well as being an excellent content writer, communicator and presenter you will also be keen to progress to the next stage in your career.

What we can guarantee in return is that you will gain access to the internal workings of a variety of globally recognised brands, work with an incredibly passionate team with years of experience in this space, have exposure at senior levels and the ability to craft a career path that suits you and your skills in the future.

Responsibilities we would ask you to own, and drive include:

  • Accountable for the success of client campaigns and always on content across a number of channels - spotting further areas for growth across the account and introducing the relevant Caraffi experts as and when you think appropriate.
  • Supporting the Senior Digital Content Writer and strategists within the business on the implementation of considered content strategies and approaches based on data, candidate personas, and past success. Utilising various formats across the talent experience lifecyle.
  • Owning the production and management of these roll outs with senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Production of regular written communications from brochures to social media and CRM communications.
  • Understanding and adapting your written communications dependent on candidate personas, journeys, goals and objectives
  • Reviewing, proofing, and co-ordinating approval of assets against brand guidelines and stakeholders.
  • Working with the wider team to develop creative executions and coordinate campaign results. Confidently analysing your findings and learnings against pre agreed KPI’s and presenting your findings back to your clients at regular agreed intervals.

Knowledge and experience

  • A curious and creative mindset is key – you must have experience and knowledge of the talent and the employer brand market.
  • Strong personal drive and ambition – we work remotely most of the time and you must have the maturity to manage your own time to achieve targets set.
  • Project management skills – with the ability to manage large numbers of projects and competing priorities in a calm and polite manner, liaising with the clients and wider Caraffi teams regularly.
  • Working closely with the creative and client service team you will need to be able to adopt numerous tones of voice – and become an ambassador for our clients content writing.
  • Excellent verbal, presentational, written and analytical skills – you need to be unafraid to lead a presentation with senior clients, see inferences from data or pick up the phone to chat.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves above all else will be paramount as we are a small but rapidly growing team.

Benefits:

  • Small team with big brand name clients
  • Exposure to all aspects of employer brand development – from strategy through to roll out
  • Personalised progression plans to help you develop
  • Unlimited holiday
  • Remote team with access to new central London HQ and various social events
  • Competitive salary
