Your duties will include but not exclusive to:
Preparing and Serving bar drinks.
Handling payments cash/card
Working a electronic POS system
To work alongside day to day service staff in the bar and restaurant ensuring customer needs are met with efficiency.
Hosting tables in the restaurant for drinks service and order taking.
To oversee the smooth running of the restaurant and bar under the direction of the duty manager on shift ensuring all standards are met.
To work flexibly in assisting team members with food and beverage service. .
To work as part of a service team.
Dealing with any customer complaints or questions in a calm, professional manner.
The answering of telephone and response to email enquiries for the hotel, bar and restaurant.
Weekend and evening hours essential to the role.
Due to the location potential candidates must have their own transport.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the clearing and presentation of the restaurant floor for service.
The informing and communication to staff members of any changes to menus or instructions from the kitchen team.
Cash handling.
Customer care, ensuring booked tables are attended to and hosted sufficiently.
The supervision of staff rotas daily to guarantee sufficient staff levels for the day.
Ensuring shifts are finished and cleaned down to a specific standard in the kitchen and bar restaurant.

Salary: £7.14-£12.00 per hour
