Job description
We are looking for a hard working,enthusiastic and experianced Bar/Reception Staff to join our team and work over a 6-week Rota pattern. The ideal candidate will fully flexible to work days, evenings, and weekends. Experience within the hospitality sector is essential and full training will be given. Good customer service is essential within this role.
Applicants must deliver a friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to all our members, guests, and visitors with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers and members. The role will include both duties on the Bar and Reception areas.
Our facilities other than the social aspect at Ipswich Sports Club include Tennis, Squash, Racketball, Hockey and new sport Padel Tennis. We also have a gym and a range of studio classes available.
Responsibilities include;
· Meet and greet all guests and members and create a welcoming atmosphere
· Answering and forwarding phone calls
· Using Microsoft Office
· Managing any Membership enquiries
· Using a till to take orders and payments
· Bar experiance is essential
· Food and drink service
Fully flexiable is a must, this is to include weekdays/ evenings/ weekends
