ABOUT THE ROLE!
We're looking for the best Bar Manager around! What we'll need from you specifically:
- You'll be targeted to hit double sales of at least 70%!
- You'll really need to care about standards. That'll be anything from bar cleanliness to drinks standards themselves.
- You have a passion for training your team. You want everyone to know what you know and more!
- You'll easily be able to hit 77% GP.
- You understand labour controls and when to reinvest your labour to maximise sales.
ABOUT YOU.
- MUST HAVE bar experience including cocktail making experience.
- MUST HAVE experience managing a team of bartenders.
- Have a real passion for attention to detail.
- You’ve always been the life of the party and are a huge extrovert!
- You think the small things matter.
- Confident making all types of drinks recommendations!
- Fantastic communication skills!
- Weekend/Evening availability.
