Bar back / bar support
We are looking for an enthusiastic bar back to join our team at Maxwell's Bar and Grill.
Set in the iconic Covent Garden we are a high volume and high energy venue.
With one of the most impressive back bars in London - we pride ourselves on creating and delivering exciting cocktails.
The venue seamlessly transitions from a family friendly restaurant in the day, to a cocktail hotspot at night, and we are looking for someone who can easily adapt to varying demands of service.
Your operational duties include but are not limited to the below:
- To be confident, enthusiastic, and energetic.
- To be prompt and well presented.
To maintain the bar area keeping it clean and tidy
- To keep all products and fridges stocked up throughout busy service periods
- To be highly organised, and to maintain the highest possible hygiene standards behind the bar at all times.
- To work quickly, and ensure glassware is always present and polished to a high standard
- To be able to take high volume deliveries
- To have a basic knowledge of spirits, beers and wines
- To assist in stock rotation and report levels of usage
- To be confident in performing opening and closing duties, including bar set up and prep.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: £11.00-£13.00 per hour

- Weekend availability
