Role: Bank Support Worker
Locations: Covering Ilford and Manor Park, you must be able to work at both locations.
Salary: £11.00 per hour
Shifts: 7:30am-3pm,2:30pm-10pm & 10pm-7:30-8am.
Contract: Bank and requires to be able to work weekends
You must have 12 months experience within a care environment

Support Worker duties:

Any successful candidates will be required to undergo a enhanced DBS check and supply a minimum of 2 verified references, with proof of ID and 2 proofs of address.

- Assisting people to achieve daily goals & daily activities such as arts, crafts, hobbies
- Assisting with the development of person centred plans for our residents
- This includes employment, education and other opportunities
- Maintaining records and drawing up risk assessments
- Providing personal care where needed always working towards more independence
- Supporting people in undertaking daily activities or development
