Job description
We are looking for a Shop Assistant to join our coffee shop team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, preparing drinks and food, and keeping the shop clean and tidy. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for coffee. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a pleasant shopping experience.
- Provide customer service and answer customer inquiries.
- Operate the cash register and handle customer payments.
- Keep the shop clean and tidy.
- Stock shelves with products.
- Assist customers in selecting products.
- Help customers with product information.
Job Types: Zero hours contract, Permanent
Pay: £10.42 per hour
