Locations available: Lincoln, Boston, Louth, Skegness and Grantham Urgent Treatment Centres and CAS
The key tasks and responsibilities for the post are set out in the Operational Appointment Duties within appendix 1 of this agreement. You will be expected to perform all duties attached to the position, which may over time change.
1. To provide consultation and appropriate clinical management of patients accessing Urgent Care services in Lincolnshire, via NHS 111, 999 or by self-presenting at Urgent Care centre.
1. Where clinically indicated to provide consultation and appropriate management for patients during OOH who are visited at home or in institutions.
1. To develop and encourage positive working relationships with local GP Practices, housing, social work, voluntary services, drug and alcohol, mental health, dental, secondary care and other appropriate services.
1. To keep contemporaneous, accurate and legible records of all patients encounters and contribute to electronic data recording and audit as directed by LCHS (significant Event analysis will be undertaken in conjunction with the Clinical Director for Urgent Care and the Medical Director of LCHS).
1. To pursue continuing professional and personal development and undertake Appraisal and Revalidation as required by LCHS.
