Grade: LBR 6. Pro rata
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week term time only plus 5 days.

We are looking to recruit a self-motivated, well organised and friendly person to join us as our Pastoral Support Team to improve and develop good behaviour and social inclusion practice alongside our Pastoral Manager. The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Pastoral Manager and SLT Behaviour to lead support.
Candidates should have excellent communication skills and have experience of working in a busy and demanding environment. You will need to be flexible, have a positive approach and be able to manage time to meet deadlines. You must have a positive attitude with children and young people.
The role involves interactions with Heads of Year, students, staff, parents and the wider community. You will need to be able to show good interpersonal skills and a commitment to children’s wellbeing. This role offers an opportunity to play a significant part in our wonderful inclusive school community.

There are staff activities such as football, badminton and yoga. Staff have free access to our fitness suite and parking is readily available.
