Candidates should have excellent communication skills and have experience of working in a busy and demanding environment. You will need to be flexible, have a positive approach and be able to manage time to meet deadlines. You must have a positive attitude with children and young people.

The role involves interactions with Heads of Year, students, staff, parents and the wider community. We strive to achieve aspirational outcomes and provision for all our children and young people, set within a culture of inclusion and high expectations.

We look to provide development and training opportunities for all staff. Appropriate training and guidance will be provided for this post holder so that they can fulfil all aspects of the role.

We are a community school that serves a richly diverse area of East London, with many ethnic groups and languages represented. Our staff are well known as friendly and welcoming. There are staff activities such as football, badminton and yoga. Staff have free access to our fitness suite and parking is readily available.

We warmly welcome an informal visit or a telephone conversation prior to application. Visits to the site are by arrangement - visitors will need to follow our Covid safety protocols.
