Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Support Officer to join the Homeless Health programme. We need someone who has substantial experience of working on complex large-scale programs across London or nationally, preferably within a public sector environment.

The post-holder is responsible for providing support to the team for admin, planning, co-ordination, project management, finances, procurement and evaluation.

We are looking for strong delivery skills including project management, communications and engagement skills and financial and procurement experience. The post holder will be able to manage a number of pieces of work at once and ensure delivery of a variety of outputs on time and to budget.

The post-holder will work collaboratively with the Homeless Health board, as well as with a range of external and internal stakeholders.

It is expected that the specific programme the post holder works on within this broad area will change over time as the portfolio of work changes.

The post holder will be responsible for managing monthly reports, budgets and procurement processes, keeping logs and actions plans up to date, liaising with Leadership Group members, supporting the team to organise events and other project support officer duties as required.

Updating the weekly sitrep, taking minutes at key meetings, such as the Homeless Health London Partnership board, Integrated Care Board meetings, Hep C meetings and Clinical Practitioner meetings.

As Project Support Officer you will work as part of a dynamic team in Transformation Partners in Health and Care. Our partnership working brings together the NHS in London and our partners to deliver better health and care for all Londoners. Our partners include the Mayor of London, Greater London Authority, Public Health England, London Councils and Health Education England. You will work with a dynamic and passionate team of professionals in the Homeless Health London team to deliver system wide change across health and social care sector for people experiencing homelessness in London, whilst supporting the team to delivery London’s strategic priorities.
