Job description
Pulse is now seeking to recruit an experienced Band 5/6 Counsellor, to join our client's innovative trust based in London. The post is available to candidates who can start as soon as possible, offering Part-time hours per week for an ongoing period starting ASAP.
The main role of the Counsellor post is to provide counselling and support to staff within the Trust as part of the staff psychological therapy service. The post holder will participate in discussions on developing a high-quality, responsive and accessible counselling service, including alerting the senior counsellor and/or clinical lead to issues and needs arising around organisational matters as well as providing consultation to referring managers about psychological therapy aspects of patient care and various mental health issues.
