Barback Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining assigned area and backing up the bartender to assure guest service
- Maintains a well-stocked and fully prepared bar and stocking functions for the dry goods and liquor rooms
- Maintains the cleanliness and organization of assigned area
- Become knowledgeable of all drink recipes and proper glass to use for each drink

Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £9.50-£12.00 per hour
