We have a great opportunity to join our growing and vibrant business. We are looking for a supervisor to join our Old Town Street dessert shop!
We are looking for a well-presented, confident individual who is looking to continue to develop their career in our friendly, bubbly shop.
The person must take pride in ensuring the best possible standards are being delivered by every single member of the team. We are passionate about cake and have a high customer service reputation and we are looking for someone who mirrors these passions and can help us continue to grow.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Support the manager in managing the front of house
· Deputise job roles to the team
· To provide effective day to day performance management to all staff
· To work with the manager to ensure the bakery achieves the service quality targets and assist the continuous growth
To ensure the smooth running of the shop, motivating your team to provide the best possible warm and friendly service to our customers. Your job includes keeping a track of what stock is needed, to ensure we have enough to last the day. To ensure that the cake cabinets look enticing and appealing to customers, that your work colleagues offer the highest standards of customer service, that your team feel motivated and enjoy their jobs, and that the store is kept spotlessly clean.

Your shifts would be
Thursday 9am-4pm
Friday 4:30pm - 10pm
Saturday 9:30am - 5:30pm
Sunday 10am-6:30pm
Total of 29 hours per week. Ideal candidate will be able to cover Holidays & sickness.
