Job description
Looking for a candidate who has experience as a baker and is familiar with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders, and ovens. Understanding food safety practices is essential. the candidate should have experience with gateaux decoration, and macaron techniques with good time-management skills, and the ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment with team spirit, a customer-focused attitude, and Flexibility to work early and late shifts is mandatory.
· Clean kitchen equipment and tools before use.
· Weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare dough.
· Bake Sponges.
· Adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking.
· Mix various ingredients to create fillings for cakes.
· Decorate cakes with glazes, icings, and edible toppings.
· Shape dough to prepare different types of pastries, including croissants, cookies.
· Prepare custom-made pastries based on customers’ preferences (e.g., birthday cakes).
· Track food supplies and place orders, as needed.
