Job description
Vivienne Westwood is looking for a UK Wholesale and Retail Stock Controller to join the Logistics team in the warehouse in Merton, on a full time basis.
Main purpose of role is to follow retail allocations, special projects, personal orders, licenses, bridal and retail stock takes and line-checks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving documents from suppliers and IT VW team for inbound stock (special projects, personal orders, licenses, bridal) and creating a pre-advice in SAP,
- Receiving the stock, checking for any discrepancies (under or over delivered stock) and reporting it to the relevant supplier/VW team member,
- Loading the stock in SAP on the relevant POs,
- Allocating special projects, licenses and bridal based on the relevant SOs, creating the picking and packing the stock accordingly,
- Inbounding and allocating personal orders by liaising with accounts team and VW LTD colleagues accordingly,
- Liaising with UK accounts receivable to issue all relevant invoices and organising the shipment accordingly based on clients’ instructions (special projects, licenses and bridal),
- Monitoring delivery status and liaising with relevant carriers/couriers in case of any issues,
- Being a point of contact between the buying team and the Logistics UK/IT team for retail transfers and allocations,
- Fulfilling buying’s requests by allocating stock in the 3PL UK warehouse and creating relevant picking list. Providing the Logistics UK/ IT team with pickings list and instructions for delivery,
- Performing weekly line checks with UK stores and reporting any issues/problems to the logistics coordinator,
- Performing yearly stocktakes for UK stores: fulfilling operations and issuing all relevant reports, reporting any issues to the logistics coordinator,
- Covering for the UK admin logistic specialist when necessary.

PROFILE & KEY SKILLS
- Proven work experience as a Stock Controller, Inventory Manager or similar role,
- Good understanding of supply chain procedures,
- Exposure to ERP system and WMS is an advantage,
- Experience of participating in inventory audits,
- Excellent organization skills,
- Good communication skills.
