What you'll be doing:
As the Supermarket/Bakery Manager at Unity Place, your overall purpose is to help bring to life our shared commitment: - ‘ Creating exceptional experiences at Unity Place for tenants, stakeholders and the local community .
It is imperative that Unity Place is positioned for success in attracting the desired target audiences to experience the various outlets and event spaces, adding value to all stakeholders within Unity Place and raising the bar on guest experiences within the visitor attraction and workplace sectors.
More about the role:
We are looking for a Supermarket/Bakery Manager who has a passion to join the Restaurant Associates family and to be inspiring to a team by empowering them daily and being their coach through leading by example. You should be motivated by strategic planning and execution in order to deliver great results whilst maintaining our high standards. With no day being the same, you must use problem solving skills and be an accountable leader to manage the changes and challenges each day may bring

Who you are:
Previous bakery management experience
Food Safety Level 3
Proven ability to understand GP
Proactive, enthusiastic and hands on approach
Shows drive, tenacity and resilience to get things done
Ability to demonstrate great organisational skills in a high volume and demanding environment
A passion for food and creativity
Strong management, development and HR skills
Attention to detail and ability to set high standards
