• Developing novel features and enhancements for our applications, utilizing Java, Spring Boot, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Gradle, Hibernate, Couchbase, SQL, and Docker.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and the team to explore innovative approaches to intricate problems.
• Contributing to critical decisions, including prioritizing features during team sprints.
• Estimating user stories to facilitate project planning.
• Engaging in code reviews and fostering constructive discussions with fellow developers to arrive at optimal solutions.
• Exploring and advocating for the adoption of emerging technologies.
• Working in an Agile environment.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior engineers to cultivate their technical skills.

• Possesses practical experience in commercial Java application development.
• Demonstrates outstanding problem-solving capabilities.
• Embraces the significance of testing and actively supports Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Takes pride in delivering high-quality code and enjoys constructive debates on various solutions.
• Exhibits a keen interest in monitoring live applications' performance and user behaviour analysis.
