We are looking for Junior Recruitment Consultants to come and join our London team, specifically on our Insurance Teams at Eames Consulting. The job role:
The day to day of a recruitment consultant varies but in general your day will include:
Sourcing candidates from multiple job boards
Searching for CV’s via our database
Qualifying candidate needs and providing career advice and guidance
Writing and posting job adverts
Responding to all job advert responses in a timely manner
Arranging interview and booking meetings
Business development to bring in new clients and dormant clients
Interview prepping candidates to make sure they are 110% ready
