The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Campaigns Manager to coordinate and execute our communication strategy to our database of over 450,000 young people, as part of our growing marketing team.
The Marketing Campaigns Manager, will drive the planning of student outreach activities relating to employer programmes, have sole responsibility for deploying initiatives, make recommendations for budgets and spending and be responsible for analysis of spend and campaign performance.
This role requires an individual who enjoys planning, prioritising and organising cross-channel marketing campaigns to take our student users on a meaningful journey with Springpod. Key actions such as student applications and engagement with employer brands and opportunities will ultimately measure this.
The successful candidate will work as part of the Employer Marketing team. A huge part of this role will also be collaborating alongside our wider, channel-specific marketing teams to project manage different campaigns. Another integral element of this role is new channel testing and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Analysing our range of Virtual Work Experience and Apprenticeship Accelerator programmes, their dates and creating effective, cross-channel marketing plans.
Analysing reporting and performance to pivot in strategy where required.
Communicating and reporting effectively with Account Managers on marketing plans and campaign performance.
Coordinating with a range of channel specialist individuals and teams as part of marketing campaigns to ensure Virtual Work Experience and Apprenticeship Accelerator programmes are promoted effectively. Including but not limited to - Social Media, Paid and Organic Search, Schools Outreach, CRM and internal email communications
Leading on new channel testing to promote programmes. Including but not limited to - outreach to schools and education contacts, Managing and optimising opportunities on Job Boards and New channel identification.
Research client content & create a quarterly content/marketing plan to promote the Springpod Talent Pool initiative in partnership with our employer clients.
Evaluate talent pool engagement and applications versus targets and pivot in strategy where required.
Experience & Knowledge
Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2C marketing
Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns and initiatives (essential)
Experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies (essential)
Project management experience (desirable)
Up-to-date marketing trends knowledge (desirable)
Experience in developing and managing budgets (desirable)
Experience in managing cross-functional teams (desirable)
